Church History Sterling Baptist Church has been around since the 1950's, initially as a Baptist Mid-Missions church, having the church property signed over by President Dwight D. Eisenhower for the purpose of establishing a church in Sterling. In July of 1981 the church voted to incorporate and has continued to minister on the corner of Sterling Highway and Swanson River Road ever since. |
